Dr. Gabriela Espinosa Paez

Dr. Paez was born and raised in Ecuador, where she finished a Veterinary Medicine program at Universidad San Francisco de Quito in 2020. After graduation, she moved to Texas to complete a rotating internship at an Equine referral hospital followed by a fellowship year.

Dr Paez joined our PAH team in 2024. Her interests include integrative pain management and preventative medicine. She has completed a course in Medical Acupuncture for Veterinarians in both Large and Small Animals at CuraCore Academy in Colorado.

In her spare time Dr. Paez enjoys baking, traveling and learning languages. She is fluent in Spanish and English. She also speaks French and a little bit of Portuguese. She lives with her partner, John, and their two young cats, Sydney and Melbourne.
